She Past Away + Kezdown

 Expérimentant l’esthétique ancienne et nouvelle de la
musique synthétisée dans leur musique de base à la guitare, She Past
Away a forgé un son, une attitude et une sensibilité, véhiculés à
travers une poésie minimaliste chantée en turc, qui entraîne le public
dans un voyage épique dense et continu dans les deux sens. leurs
enregistrements et performances live.
She Past Away a sorti son premier EP « Kasvetli Kutlama », acclamé par la
critique, via Remoov en avril 2009. Après la sortie numérique du premier
album « Belirdi Gece » en février 2012, le groupe a signé chez Fabrika
Records en 2013 et peu de temps après, ils a sorti « Belirdi Gece » au
format LP. Comprenant « Rituel », « Ruh » ainsi que « Kasvetli Kutlama
», l’album a été classé parmi les meilleurs albums de la décennie
2010-2019 par post-punk.com.
Avec
la sortie de leur album suivant « Narin Yalnızlık » en mai 2015, le duo
s’est imposé comme l’un des groupes les plus influents et les plus
réussis de la musique dark wave et a enregistré de nombreuses
performances qui ont attiré les foules partout dans le monde.
En décembre 2018, le groupe signe chez Metropolis Records et réédite les deux albums.
en Amérique du Nord.
Le
groupe a honoré le public avec un nouvel album magnifiquement sombre et
entraînant « Disko Anksiyete » via Metropolis Records et Fabrika
Records en mai 2019.
En
mai 2020, le groupe a célébré son dixième anniversaire avec l’album de
remix « X », comprenant des remix de Boy Harsher, The Soft Moon, Clan of
Xymox, Front 242, Lebanon Hanover et bien d’autres.
En octobre 2020, le tout premier enregistrement live en studio du groupe est sorti sous le titre « Part Time Punks Session ».

SHE
PAST AWAY is a dark wave / post-punk duo, consisting of Volkan Caner
(vocal, guitars and songwriting) and Doruk Ozturkcan (drums, synths and
production). Experimenting old/new aesthetic of synth music into their
core guitar stuff, She Past Away forged a sound, an attitude, and a
sensibility, conveyed through a minimalist poetry sung in Turkish, which
sweeps the audience through a dense, continual epic trip in both their
recordings and live performances.
She
Past Away released their critically-acclaimed first EP “Kasvetli
Kutlama”, via Remoov in April 2009. Following the digital release of the
debut album “Belirdi Gece” in February 2012, the band was signed to
Fabrika Records in 2013 and shortly thereafter they released “Belirdi
Gece” in LP format. Including “Rituel”, “Ruh” as well as “Kasvetli
Kutlama”, the album was listed as one of the best albums of the decade
2010-2019 by post-punk.com.
With
the release of their follow-up album “Narin Yalnızlık” in May 2015, the
duo established themselves as one of the most influential and
successful genre-defining acts of dark wave music and scored numerous
crowd-puller performances all around the world.
In December 2018, the band signed to Metropolis Records and re-issued both albums in North America.

The band graced the audience with a beautifully dark and driving new album
“Disko Anksiyete” via Metropolis Records and Fabrika Records in May
2019.

In May 2020, the band celebrated their tenth anniversary with the remix album
“X”, including remixes from Boy Harsher, The Soft Moon, Clan of Xymox,
Front 242, Lebanon Hanover and many more.
In October 2020, the first ever live studio recording of the band was released with the title “Part Time Punks Session”.
SHE PAST AWAY is a driving, mesmerizing outburst of sentimental anxiety through the nihilistic mind-frame. It is both personal and broad, like a wandering mind brave enough to question taboo and existence.
